H268 EAMF

Compared to its predecessor, the H268 EAMF has greater programming possibilities (over 
54 000 available combinations for producing the most suitable border for your production).

A complete diagnostic system is included in case of missing data or errors.
The command panel is very simple and efficient.

 

Automated actions :
- Measurement of border length
- Fitting of the eyelets for handles and vents
- Automatic marking of the corners (option)
- Cut to lenght
- Automatic distribution of plastic plates and eyelets 		Operations are limited to the following steps :
- Selection of the desired program (52 programs are available)
- Selection of the quantity of pieces to produce.
- Feeding with eyelets, plastic plates and rolls of mattress boarder
- Fitting of the rope handles and vents

 

As an indication, an operator produces an average of 400 complete borders per 8h shift.

 

GPP handle fitting machine

Semi-automatic machine for the fitting of cord mattress handles.

That simple unit operates with a pressure of 6-8 bars which guarantees a secure crimping of the eyelets on to the counter plastic bar.
